Refund policy.

Version 1 · Last updated: 2026-07-03

CSP Logger is operated by Lova Labs (KvK 42103900). Paid subscriptions are sold by Paddle as our Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued by Paddle under its buyer terms, and we do not process payments or issue refunds directly. This policy explains how refunds work and how to request one. It supplements your statutory rights and gives way to any stricter consumer-protection rules that apply to you.

1. Free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day trial. No card is required, and you can cancel during the trial with no charge.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel mid-cycle, access continues to the end of the billing period and no further charges are made. Partial-month refunds are generally not provided.

2.1 EU statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days from the start of a paid subscription to withdraw and receive a refund, provided the Service has not been substantially used. Email support@csplog.io within that window and we will arrange the refund through Paddle.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions, when offered, may be refunded on a prorated basis for unused months within the first 30 days of the billing year. After 30 days they are non-refundable, but you may cancel renewal at any time.

4. Service failure

If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our side, we may arrange service credits or a prorated refund through Paddle, assessed in good faith against observed downtime.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@csplog.io from the address on the account.
  2. Include the project name and a short reason, which helps us improve the product.
  3. We aim to respond within two business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Paddle retains final discretion over refunds under its buyer terms.

6. Non-refundable items

  • Amounts charged where the EU withdrawal window has passed or the Service has been substantively used.
  • Subscription fees for periods already elapsed at the time of cancellation.
  • Third-party fees passed through (e.g. currency-conversion charges from your card issuer).

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback; most concerns are resolvable directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of the account pending resolution.

8. Contact
